Main Line Urgent Vet is a privately owned urgent care practice founded by two dedicated women with a shared mission: to make high-quality veterinary care more accessible when pets need it most. We bridge the gap between your primary care vet and the emergency hospital by offering same-day, walk-in care for unexpected illnesses and injuries—like limping, vomiting, wounds, and more—without the high costs or long wait times of the ER. Open seven days a week, offering same-day care for unexpected illnesses and injuries, or you can save your spot using our virtual waitlist for added convenience. Whether your pet is suddenly unwell or you just know something isn’t right, our experienced team delivers thoughtful, timely care with a focus on comfort and clarity—because your pet deserves nothing less.
At MLUV we offer a variety of convenient walk-in services to provide you and your pet with excellent care from start to finish
Veterinary urgent care is designed for pets who need prompt attention but aren’t experiencing life-threatening emergencies. At Main Line Urgent Vet, we provide same-day, walk-in care for urgent issues that require quick and expert treatment.
We provide a wide range of surgical services, including foreign body removal (endoscopy available when appropriate), exploratory surgery, cystotomy, urethral obstruction relief, pyometra and more! Please note, we do not offer overnight hospitalization. If your pet needs extended post-operative care, we’ll guide you to a 24-hour emergency or specialty hospital to ensure the best care possible
We offer a wide range of in-house diagnostic services to quickly and accurately assess your pet’s health. Using advanced technology—including AI-powered bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology with rapid pathologist review, and testing for conditions like FIV, heartworm, parvovirus, thyroid issues, and more—we ensure timely and effective treatment when your pet needs it most.
Main Line Urgent Vet features a digital radiology unit, providing radiographs within minutes for fast and accurate imaging. Our radiology images have the ability to be reviewed by a veterinary specialist within 1 hour, ensuring expert interpretation when it matters most. We also offer ultrasound examinations, currently available for emergency-level cases, to help assess internal organs and guide urgent care decisions.
Making end-of-life decisions for your pet is never easy. Our compassionate team is here to offer respectful and gentle care, ensuring your pet’s final moments are peaceful and filled with love.
It wasn’t fate, but friendship—and a shared passion for emergency medicine—that brought Dr. Jenny Graham and Dr. Robin Goyle together and inspired them to open Main Line Urgent Vet. As trusted colleagues and kindred spirits in the fast-paced world of urgent care, they joined forces with a clear vision: to create a space where pets receive compassionate, high-quality care, and veterinary professionals feel supported and empowered.
